Ryan Esquivel - Hospital Manager

Ryan Esquivel is the Hospital Manager at Rising Sun Animal Care, where he is passionate about building strong veterinary teams and creating an exceptional experience for both patients and their families.

Ryan brings a diverse background in veterinary practice management, including experience in high-volume medicine and hospital operations. He takes a hands-on, team-focused approach to leadership and believes that great hospitals are built by investing in their people, developing effective systems, and maintaining a genuine commitment to patient care.

In his role, Ryan focuses on team development, hospital operations, client experience, and medical quality. He especially enjoys helping veterinary professionals grow their skills and confidence while finding practical ways to improve the way a hospital functions.

Outside of the hospital, Ryan enjoys spending time with his dog, Cedar, staying active, hiking, camping, and exploring Colorado.
