Dr. Ignacio Ramos - Veterinarian - Se habla Español

Dr. Ignacio Ramos was born and raised in Guatemala, where he first pursued a career as a music teacher and pianist.

However, his passion for animals led him to a new path in veterinary medicine. He earned his veterinary degree from San Carlos de Guatemala and spent several years practicing with both horses and small animals.

Driven by his dream of becoming a veterinarian in the United States, Dr. Ramos relocated to the U.S. and dedicated himself to obtaining his DVM credentials. During this time, he gained extensive experience working as a veterinary technician in both general practice and emergency settings. His professional interests include preventative medicine, internal medicine, emergency care, surgery, and ultrasonography.

Outside of veterinary medicine, Dr. Ramos enjoys playing music, exploring the outdoors through hiking and skiing, traveling, and, most importantly, spending time with his 4-year-old daughter.
